We make a range of granulators as stand alone items or as
part of complete systems which are robust and reliable and capable of high production
rates. Our granulation system, for cable and telecommunication scrap is capable of
separating out the plastics from the metals and then separating the different metals,
giving a high quality end product. Our rubber processing system can reduce rubber through
various stages, depending on the end use required, down to a pure powder of 50 microns or

Spring
Resources have complemented this range with the
Redoma cable recycling machinery, a world leader in the manufacture of
turnkey recycling systems and stand alone machinery. Spring Resources can
offer everything from a single cable stripper to take the casing and
insulation off cable prior to granulation or simply to sell on as it is as
clean  copper or lead, to large heavy-duty systems processing high tonnages
of mixed cable down to end product granulated metal which is 99-99.9%
pure. There are ten different type of small recycling plants, systems with
a capacity beginning at only 0.25 - 0,5 tonnes per hour, mini-plants which
can be operated by one person and are ideal for the smaller processors and
family businesses.
These systems are all designed in a modular format, so that they
can easily be added to to increase their capacity, They use state of the
art technology, which is mechanical and completely free of any harmful
effects to the environment or to the user, and very cost-effective.

The
equipment in these systems is available as stand alone units as well, with
a range of rough choppers, wear resistant granulators from small units up
to 90 kW heavy-duty machines, separators for the separation of copper and
lead, screening machines, electrostatic separators and wet separation
systems for the recovery of very fine copper and aluminium from the,
insulation, and also hydraulic shears and cable strippers. Spring
Resources also carry out servicing on existing plants, carrying a full
range of spare parts.
