We manufacture a range of heavy-duty shredders for all
types of material. Our largest models shred heavy No.1 and No.2 scrap, complete cars,
bales, pressed and sheared material etc., at high rates of production and giving a very
high quality end product. Our 96/104 model for example with a 3000HP motor, processes 80 -
110 tonnes per hour of white goods, 90 - 130 TPH of automobiles, engines, axles, pressed
and sheared material, 100 - 180 TPH of general scrap between 6-8 mm thick, including pipes
railings etc. and 120 - 200 TPH of joists, lorry chassis and general scrap between 8 - 10
mm thick. We also design and manufacture all the support equipment
including, dust containment, separation of clean ferrous steel from the
non-ferrous metals, copper aluminium, lead and the dirt residue.
